LOW IMPACT - Muscle Work & Stretch

Move and groove to the 60's, 70's 80's or whatever. After 30 minutes of low impact aerobics, we will use weights and/or bands to tone and strengthen our muscles.

Resistance training also helps prevent osteoporosis and helps keep your bones strong. End with a nice stretch.

 

All classes included a thorough warm-up, cool down & stretch. The classes are non-competitive & therefore everyone is welcome. All levels of fitness are shown.
